Being flexible is pretty cool. Not only does it allow us to take on lifes’ tasks with more ease, but finding space in the body often leads us to find more space in the mind.
Join us for a deep stretch, where we will work on specifically the lower body, targeting tight groins, hips, glutes, and hamstrings. This class is especially great for those with lower back, hip and leg pains.
The class is for all levels. All you need is some room to move wherever you are, and a yoga mat. Dress comfortably (Ie: tank tops, t-shirts, sports bra, leggings, sweatpants).
