In this class, we will focus on strength building particularly in our core and upper body. Feel the heat as we flow through the creatively designed Vinyasa sequences. Think of it like a graceful dance on the mat!

 

The class is for all levels. All you need is some room to move wherever you are, and a yoga mat. Dress comfortably (Ie: tank tops, t-shirts, sports bra, leggings, sweatpants).
