This is our most popular class. Now free in June! Join us for a full-body deep stretch yoga class, where we will work on relieving tension in our neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs. You will leave class feeling refreshed and energized. Come quiet the mind, breathe deep, and stretch it out.

 

The class is for all levels. All you need is some room to move wherever you are, and a yoga mat. Dress comfortably (Ie: tank tops, t-shirts, sports bra, leggings, sweatpants).
