Demands of modern life have caused too many people to suffer from daily back pain. In this class, we will work on relieving tension in our lower, middle, and upper back. Through strengthening and stretching exercises, you will learn postures that you can do at home for maintaining a healthy spine.
The class is for all levels. All you need is some room to move wherever you are, and a yoga mat. Dress comfortably (Ie: tank tops, t-shirts, sports bra, leggings, sweatpants).
