Come break a sweat with us in this special Yoga workout class. We will have fun in a practice that combines Yoga postures and low impact cardio movements to burn fat and tone muscles. No equipment, no jumping. Let's get healthy for summer!

 

Suggestion: Take the class outside in your garden or backyard for some true summer vibes.

 

The class is for all levels. All you need is some room to move wherever you are, and a yoga mat. Dress comfortably (Ie: tank tops, t-shirts, sports bra, leggings, sweatpants).
